Our law firm handles legal matters pertaining to federal criminal law.
Federal crimes are complex bodies of law, most of which are statutory provisions instituted by the U.S. Congress, which criminalize specific acts.
A federal crime will be investigated by the DEA, FBI, IRS, ATF, USPS, U.S. Marshal, Department of Homeland Security, SEC, and any other federal agency which maintains an enforcement division. This also includes a multitude of state and local task force initiatives in conjunction with the federal agencies.

We provide nationwide criminal defense representation to our clients. Federal law is consistent throughout the nation with the exception of local court rules which mostly pertain to ministerial administrative procedures.
The federal statutes, rules of evidence, and the rules of criminal procedure are the same in every federal district court. This allows our firm to represent a client in Boston Massachusetts, Los Angeles California, New York City, Texas or in any other federal district court in the U.S.
